Do I need an internet connection?
No. The whole game works offline. Without a connection, ads simply don't show and you lose nothing — only purchases and restoring purchases need the store to be reachable.
I bought “Remove Ads”. Why do I still see the “watch an ad” button?
“Remove Ads” removes the ads between matches for good. Rewarded ads, like doubling your Gold, stay available as an optional choice — you never have to watch them.
How do I restore my purchases on a new device?
Sign in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used to buy, open the Shop and tap “Restore purchases”.
Can I win real money?
No. Chips and Gold have no real-world value, can't be bought or cashed out, and Gold only unlocks cosmetics.
How do I delete my data?
We don't keep any account or game data on our servers: your progress is stored only on your device. Uninstalling the game deletes it. For advertising data, see our Privacy Policy.
How do I change my ad privacy choices?
Open the game's settings and tap “Privacy options” to review or withdraw your consent at any time. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings.
